Stuart Weitzman ships to more than 50 locations around the world and offers different shipping options to meet your needs.
In order to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, we are now including customs duties in the final amount, without any change in price, for select locations. This means you will no longer receive unexpected charges upon delivery. Please be advised that deliveries may take up to 2 or 3 additional business days during sale periods.
Important Delivery Information
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
UPS and DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Please use General Delivery.
If UPS or DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will make 2 more attempts to deliver the package, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
Shipping Methods & Costs
To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries, orders are shipped using UPS or DHL. Shipping rates may vary based on the shipment type and destination (please refer to the table below). Your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (orders made before 12:00 A.M. CET will be dispatched on the same day). Estimated delivery times are only to be used as a reference and will commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.

Deliveries to Italy and France with Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
In accordance with the updated laws, C.O.D. payments for deliveries to Italy cannot exceed €2.999,99, and deliveries to France cannot exceed €750,00.
Deliveries to Russia
Due to customs policies, some regions in Russia may have total order cost limitations implemented on international purchases. Restrictions are not applicable to Moscow, cities in the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti and other larger cities.
For Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol and Sochi, the value of goods purchased cannot exceed €1000,00 euro per month.
For certain smaller cities, the limit is €200,00 per order.

Deliveries to Israel (Gaza)
All orders to Israel (Gaza) are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you still receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address.
When We Deliver
Stuart Weitzman ships worldwide via UPS, delivering Monday to Friday, from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Please note that neither UPS nor DHL delivers on festive or pre-festive days.
We offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Click here to sign up for email updates. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout. In the event that you need to return an item you purchased using a free shipping promotion, we will not be able to refund any outbound shipping costs, and you will be charged a return shipping fee as per usual.
For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or to a corporate work address, which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays on your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
We insure each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods is passed on to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example, if the item was a gift order), the person who signs for the package to confirm receipt will be held accountable.

Taxes & Duties
To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that you click on the flag icon at the top of the page to select your shipping destination. Local VAT will be applied for all destinations in the EU and UK.
Most locations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If you selected a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, please note that the prices displayed exclude all taxes and duties as well as EU/UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the location you are shipping to, and these payments need to be made in order for your purchase to be released from customs.
As we are unable to advise on the total amount, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Stuart Weitzman ships worldwide with UPS or DHL, and the shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, as an international courier for your order, UPS or DHL may present you with a separate invoice for duties owed from local authorities.
