Merchandise Repair Policy


Purchases on eu.stuartweitzman.com

We offer repair services for a period of 12 months after the date of your online or in-store purchase. This is only applicable to items with manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship (such as broken hardware). However, we cannot guarantee the availability of original parts.

Merchandise that has been altered cannot be repaired.

Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear, such as dirt, scuff marks or scratches, cannot be repaired. 

Repairs generally take 8 to 12 weeks to complete. While some are done more quickly, others may require additional time depending on the availability of parts. 

We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to Stuart Weitzman for repair.

To submit a repair request, contact Customer Care at europeservice@stuartweitzman.com or fill in the Contact Us form. Please include:

   Your full name

   Your order number or store receipt number

   The style name, colour, size and width

   The production number (a couple of letter followed by a series of numbers usually found on the inside of the shoe or on the shoebox)

   Photos and a description of the damage

 

Non-Stuart Weitzman Stores (Department and Speciality Stores)

Repairs for merchandise purchased from a store or website other than a Stuart Weitzman boutique or on eu.stuartweitzman.com are to be handled by the original store or website of purchase. Stuart Weitzman cannot perform repairs on items that were not purchased directly from a Stuart Weitzman boutique or on eu.stuartweitzman.com. Please contact the original store of purchase for assistance.
